How do I stop Apple Account password change alerts going to my sister?

Every time I change my password for my Apple account my sister gets a notification about it. She is not on my account, she has AT&T and I have Verizon. We have both checked our phones to be sure it is only our information and devices listed on our phones. Why would she still get notifications about my password changes?
