Reading iMessage without having Apple device

Hi, I have an old Apple account as I owned Apple products in the past and now I am all PC and Samsung. Recently my daughter got a new iPad from her father to be used at our house for communication (divorced). I've set it up with Parental controls using my Apple Account. I would like to use app approval but the approvals are sent via iMessage that I have no way of reading. There is no Web interface for them as far as I know. I had to switch off the app approval all together.

my phone and my daughters iPad have the same Apple ID. My daughter wants to iMessage with her friends. Is there a way she can do this without changing the Apple ID on her ipad? can you just change an apple id for messaging only? My daughter uses the same Apple ID as me. She wants to iMessage with her friends. When iMessage is turned on on the iPad she receives all the text messages from my phone. I do not want to change the Apple ID for the devise. She has many games and other apps that can be messed up if we do so. Can you just change an Apple ID on messaging? Can I create a new Apple ID just in iMessage for her on the iPad without messing up any of her stuff on her iPad?

Email adress not showing up in iMessage settings For iMessage, I want to be able to receive messages on both my phone-number and my email address that is assiocatiod with my Apple account. On my Ipad, when I go to Settings -> iMessage -> Send & Receive, I have two options: The email adress that is assiocatiod with my Apple account, and another email adress I have. The strange thing is... on my Iphone (same Apple account) when I go to Settings -> iMessage -> Send & Receive, I have two options: my phone number, and an emailadress from one of my kids. This is rather strange, I would like to be able to choose my own email adress, but is does not show op in the list, whatever I do. Next to that, it is quite strange that an email adress of one my kids does appear (they all have their own Apple-ID). Bottomline: I would like to add my own email adress to iMessage, but is not possible. Any ideas?
