Forgot Apple ID password and no longer have mobile number

Forgot apple account password and no longer have mobile phone and cannot even remember the number it was so long ago

just literally purchased a iPhone mini refurbished as my iPhone 16 plus was broken . Had my mini for 1 day and already not charging so unable to basically organise anything. Had to reboot up this old iPad to try and find a way to use it to enable at least emails and Microsoft etc in order to contact the phone place to have it replaced I suppose (IF THEY REPLY)

PLEASE HELP I AM DESPERATE
