Collection in Apple Business Subscription not loading on all devices
We have six iPads. I purchased a Subscription to Apple Business Essentials with two users, each assigned three of the six iPads. Four of the iPads across the two accounts have correctly provisioned and the collection I created with apps and settings was applied. However, the other two iPads, while they seemed to properly connect to Apple Business Manager, they are not provisioning with the apps and settings. ABM shows that they're supposed to receive the apps, but it's been several hours, and the apps won't install. Further, the "Essentials" app on the tablets, which did install, along with a Web Clip in the settings of the collection, doesn't show all the apps.
Any help or suggestions would be great!
