I can't download tik tok if I'm in the United States
I've already done everything to be able to download tik tok and I can't. And I live in the United States

The only thing that is surprising is thinking there is something you could do to that would let you download the app. Be careful of a scam website claiming it can be downloaded. It will ask for your Apple ID/Password, then the scammers can lock you out of your device. After that, they will demand money from you to gain access.
