Apple Music Unresponsive on my device

The Apple Music would load up normally but unable to play or modify the music. Then if I were to restart the Apple Music would be in a loading screen of trying to load the library becoming unresponsive I've tried restarting my computer and the app, reinstalling, doing all the things to diagnose and fix but nothing has worked so far.
