How can I recover my accidentally cancelled Apple Music subscription?

Recently, I received a Mac as a Christmas gift, which included a three-month Apple Music subscription. A few hours ago, while reviewing my subscriptions, I clicked on my Apple Music subscription to see if it would cancel on the due date instead of immediately and I read what it said. However, instead of returning to the previous page, the subscription was canceled. Despite my strong belief that I did not click the cancel subscription button, the subscription was indeed terminated.

I am seeking clarification on whether this issue is a technical glitch or personal error on my part. I wanna know if Apple has the capability to rectify this situation, and I would appreciate their assistance in resolving this matter.
