We are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community, and as far as I know Apple has made no announcements.

Likely no-one knows before the new features are made available.

Seems the Hearing Health features have first to be approved by the regulating authority in a country or region before Apple can make one or more features available.

Many countries gave appropriate approval before the features were released for use.

You may need to be patient in order to see if Malaysia gets added to the list.
