iPhone 16 not loading apps like Instagram and YouTube when my OLD iPad has no issues at all.

I have an iPhone 16 Pro. Recently it is failing to load content when I open apps like Instagram and Youtube. I have not changed any settings. Cellular and Wifi connections are on. My OLD iPad Air (3rd generation) has absolutely no trouble loading these apps and playing videos. They are connected to the same wifi network.

In addition, my entire family is having major issues with all of our iPhones dropping phone calls, incoming calls flashing for a split second on the screen and immediately "failing" and some arent' even ringing at all. I can get a voicemail from a missed call, but the call doesn't even show up on my recent calls list. I have an elderly father living on his own and if he can't call me, this is a huge problem. My family is on three different wireless carriers, so Apple can't possibly blame them. Is anyone else having these issues with their new iPhones, and if so, were you able to fix it in any way?
