No-interest financing on Apple purchases

is the ACMI available only once? If I buy a macbook and select ACMI, can I after couple of months buy an iPhone and select ACMI? Can we have both the ACMIs running in parallel?

Upgrading from Apple One Family to Premier Hi, I've been using and sharing the Family subscription with no problems for a while now and wanted to upgrade to Premier for the extra services. I have followed the upgrade steps on both my iPhone and MacBook but it's not successful. On my iPhone in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions I can choose the Premier option and it takes my to my banking app to verify it's me but the process doesn't return to the Settings app to confirm the purchase. No money is taken from my bank account. On my MacBook, I go into the App Store, view my account information and manage my subscription. Here I select Premier, click Done and it just goes back to the Subscription page with no update, no request for payment confirmation or any other feedback. I have repeated both methods several times, logged out, restarted both iPhone and MacBook to no avail. Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can use it on both.
