How do I perform clean install of macOS Monterey on an old MacBook Air

It's an "old" one with macOS Monterey 12.7.6. HowTo recover from scratch? For example, there are gmails and a OneDrive I'd like to get rid of.

User @bhanu5567 is essentially correct. Here's some additional detail.

This guidance will allow you to wipe and return the Mac to a 'fresh out of the box' state.

What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support


It's possible the OS that gets reinstalled from recovery might be an earlier version, but you can simply upgrade it if that's the case.
