Just switched to macOS and running Sequoia. Back on Windows, I had a solid dual pane FTP client—made moving files between servers and local storage super easy. Looking for something just as stable and straightforward on Mac, like Total Commander.

I certainly tried many others in comparison;
I have used Fetch FTP client since 1998 without issue...

Fetch" FTP client on Mac does not natively have a dual-pane interface, however you can have more than one server open to drag and drop easy enough.
I see some recommendation for dual-pane FTP client on Mac with similar functionality, "ForkLift" is a popular choice..

I am one of those partial to Cyberduck.
I don't think it is that relevant to be a two-pane, just use it with Finder - you can drag and drop in either direction.
And: I do hope that you are using "ftp" as a catch-all name, and not as actual ftp, the old and unsafe protocol.
