iCloud stuck on initializing on my Windows 10 computer

I installed iCloud on my Windows 10 laptop today and signed in, but it's stuck at initializing and none of my documents are syncing.

How can I fix this?

Wait for a moment or reinstall the iCloud for Windows app.
