"Select All" not showing in Inbox

I have to delete iCloud emails individually instead of having the option to "select all" from my "Inbox". I'm accessing my iCloud via my laptop. This is tedious and a bit frustrating. I've read an Apple reply in the forum from 2022 and it was not helpful.

All my Inbox emails disappeared from iCloud I checked my iCloud Inbox on my iPhone and noticed that all my emails disappeared. Thinking this might be an iPhone issue, I logged on to my MacBook Air. Once I got inside my email account, I noticed the emails were still in my inbox. Then seconds later… BOOM… they all vanished from there as well. how do I stop icloud automatically grouping all my emails? I check my icloud email through Google chrome on Windows - since the update, functionality is even worse not resolving any of the previous issues and making new problems! How can I stop all my emails being automatically grouped together by conversation but keep it chronological as it was before? Also it's absolutely insane that an Apple email server does not let you copy and paste an email address but you have to write out a new one each time.
