2 music libraries showing up on iphone

I hadn't tried to transfer music from Itunes on PC to my Iphone in a long while and went to do it and noticed the phone showed 2 music libraries? I have been having some problems with the syncing since I canceled my Apple Music subscription which I understand will happen. But the 2 libraries on the phone I hadn't noticed before. Is this unusual? I noticed the icons show one library with a house and another with just the

music note so wondering if one is the Home PC and the other the phone?

Would I need to delete one of them to see if my syncing improved? If so, can someome advise me how to do it?--Many thx
