Passwords & Keychain > does not open the options window

Passwords and keychain, as the only option in the iCloud application on Windows 10, do not perform any action after clicking on the '>'

All other options open additional setting windows without any problem.

Under the name Passwords and keychain it says: Requires two-factor authentication, which I have had enabled since I started using the iPhone, and I just used it three times in the same browser.

One of the options required to enable two-factor authentication is enabling Advanced Data Protection, which means sharing your data with another user with a phone number.

I don't want to share my data with anyone else just to use the option I am already using, just so that I can enable Passwords and Keychain on iCloud on Windows, which is the only option that allows this.

Another issue. Why is there no option to disable iCloud from the Windows taskbar? Do you want to sit on my strip so much that I have to restart the computer or use End Task from Task Manager to get rid of your 'cloud,' which does practically nothing?
