how do i stop the constant popping up pf iclould sign in

on my windows lap top the ‘continue to sign in’ iCloud sign in page keeps popping up. It does not pop up on my iPhone. Even after I sign correctly, in it pops up and says verification failed. I write my passwords down in a book. NOT my iPhone
