Hello, I’m going to use my friend’s Apple Magic Mouse (the mouse that uses a Lightning port for charging). The problem is that he has installed a lot of cracked software on his MacBook. Is it possible for the Apple Magic Mouse to transfer viruses or malware from his MacBook to my MacBook ? Thanks for your help.
NO, that is not possible. and even if it would happen, the mouse needs to be unpaired from their Mac before being paired to your Mac, so nothing could be transferred from on Mac to the other.
ok. I'm not sure this will work. but maybe connect the mouse to your Mac with the charging cable and see if it pairs with your Mac.
I don't have a Lightning to USB-C cable. However, when I turn the mouse on, I can see it in my Bluetooth devices. If I connect it to mine, will it disconnect from my friend's MacBook ? Can the mouse connect to two devices at the same time ?
