How do I access a 2-factor authentication code that flashes too quickly on iPhone and iPad?

Tried multiple times. Trying to login on pc and it wants 2fa code. Flashes on iPad and iPhone for 2 seconds. Too fast for me to interact with it. No deleted message or any way to get to code.
