How do I share videos using iCloud?

Open Photos, create local album with name, then select and drag the photos/videos you want to the newly created album to be shared. Once you have finished adding things into album, then look for shared albums on the left side of the screen of photos.

Drag the album to shared albums. Make sure you connected to WiFi and logged in with AppleID. Then you must invite people to see your shared album. Make sure you use invites by telephone number, once they accept, they will see your shared album. You should also make sure if you plan on having others “add” or comment @ your Shared album.
