The Macbook keys are coming loose and technical assistance in Brazil says they won't replace them, but it is under recall. And days after they opened it the macbook stopped working.

It appears the A1534 designation is for a MacBook 12" 2015-2017 Retina model according to MacTracker.

There are/were no recalls for those models (I know of only one actual Apple Recall which involved the MBPro 15" 2015 model that had a fire safety issue with the battery). Neither were there any free Apple repair programs for those specific models.

The only Apple free repair programs for Keyboard issues was for the 2016-2019 laptops with USB-C ports which had the dreaded Butterfly Key mechanism.....that program has long since expired. Even when the program was active, it did not cover loose keys. It only covered repeating keys or non-responsive keys.
