I want to buy a MacBook Pro.
The same configuration costs over 1.000 USD less in the US store than in the German one.
Can I just buy the MacBook in the US store to say money? Or are there any concerns, or even major issues, why I shouldn't do that?
Apple US won't ship outside the US, and will not Ship to know freight forwarders either. They will cancel your order if you try to ship it to a known freight forwarder.
Also, remember, prices in the US are before taxes which will be applied during checkout, and unless you have a way to get it imported to Germany, which would probably kill any perceived savings anyway (as its likely customs will charge you import costs), there's really no way to for you to get it directly.
