The Brother HL-L2395DW is listed as a supported model in About AirPrint - Apple Support (en-us edition February 12, 2025). This means that additional drivers should not be needed, provided that the printer is connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router) as your Mac. Printing should be possible from an iPhone or iPad as well (without extra apps).
AirPrint works with wireless (Wi-Fi) or wired (Ethernet) network connections, so you could choose to connect the printer wirelessly or use an Ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports of the Wi-Fi router. An Ethernet printer connection may be more stable.
Any change if you try a full power-cycle sequence (do not forget the router)?
