Can't get email to stay out of Promotions inbox

Hi

For years, every week I'd get an email with a link to a free video clip. Suddenly, it disappeared from my Inbox. A search found it in Promotions.

But no matter how many times I unclick the Promotions label, and move it to my Inbox, it continually returns to the Promotions folder.

I've missed a number because I have lots going on and unless it's in my Inbox I don't think to trowel thru my Promotions folder.

Why did it suddenly begin happening and how can I stop having it show up in Promotions?
