iCloud Photos Facial Recognition

I have recently decided to organize and tag a large number of photos in iCloud. I have researched how to do this but can't seem to find anything in the app to do this. I have checked the "i" icon and right-clicked and do not see anything other than the location, title and location. I would also like the app to use facial recognition and have no idea how. Sorry for such a basic question...would love to do this as efficiently as possible. Thanks.
