iphone unavailable - sign into itunes but cant get code because i phone unavailable !

i have updated after2 week waiting the password that thought got me in and then i still cant get into iphone because i tunes is sending the passcode to the phone i cant get in. it should send it to the phone i added t help right

I didn't FORGET my passcode... I unlock my phone and iTunes still says my phone is locked. Any ideas?
