MacBook pro M3pro making a weird sound

I have encountered this problem on my Mac pro recently, when I am doing demanding tasks, like running a game or rendering websites while also doing some stuff and especially if it is charging, I get this weird sound. Is it a serious thing? or is there an immediate action I should do?

the sound is like a "WIING" for a second, then becomes silent for a second or two and then does the same again again with a more or less similar frequency.

Thanks for responding in advance:)

Follow the Apple Silicon directions here:

If no errors are detected I'd still make regular backups, and bring it in for service if you see any signs of mechanical failure.

Check the alert, notification, and sound effect settings are not coinciding when the sound is taking place.
