Your iPhone isn’t even susceptible to viruses, so it is rather a scam attempt trying to get you to purchase unnecessary software to fix an inexistent issue. Just close the link and you have nothing to worry about.

Sounds like a criminal sent you a message saying your phone is being attacked by 19 different viruses. They may have sent the message to a few hundred thousand people in hopes that a few "phish" would bite.

If they told me to buy some particular app to "remove" the "viruses", I wouldn't want to reward them with my $$$, and I wouldn't want to risk having whatever that app was, running on my phone.

If they provide a phone number for you to call, that's to get victims to deliver themselves straight into the criminals' "tender" "loving" hands for the rip off. As the FTC says, "If you get this kind of pop-up window on your computer, don’t call the number. Real security warnings and messages will never ask you to call a phone number."
