Change Thailande to Thailand in Dictation

This is probably a very simple problem to solve, but I cannot figure it out and it is very annoying. I live in Thailand and whenever I use dictation Thailand is spelled in French with an e on the end, Thailande. I corrected all the time and I already reset the dictionary.

Thé iPhone started autocorrecting into French all the time so I deleted the french dictionary. It still autocorrects into french. The region is set to UK. How do I de select a selected a language I am trying to get translations from Belgium to English from my friends in Belgium but translation is not coming up below the comments on the feed. I have selected Belgium as a language on my phone and English as the preferred language. I tried deselecting Belgium but was unable to.
