How to transcribe a British English phone call saved in Notes on iPhone?

Is there a 3rd party app to transcribe a phone call made in British English and saved to Notes on my up-to-date i-Phone (18.3.2). Unbelievably, "British" English is not a supported language on i-Phone! Only Australian and American English.
