How to resolve 'Something went wrong' error when accessing iCloud on Windows 10 laptop?

Hallo,

I have an Apple Account.

In my iPhone I can access iCloud with my Apple account.

In my Windows 10 laptop I can access using Chrome Apple with my Apple account

In the same Windows 10 I installed the app iCloud and can run it

When running, it asks for my Apple account.

I insert my Apple account credentials, receives the notification on my iPhone with the OTP, fill the code in the iCloud app in windows 10 laptop, credential are accepted.

But after a few minutes that it tries to access, show me the error message that something goes wrong, cannot access and ask to retry.

I have done this procedure a lot of time with always the same error.

What can I do?
