iCloud Albums not Syncing to my Phone

Previously I used to manually sync all my albums and photos through iTunes on my computer, although i have now got too many, which made me get iCloud Storage, so I can hold my photos & everything else on my phone. Since I have done this, none of my albums have come across at all. I have checked online for months, trying different ways to get it to work & nothing has worked. I currently have an iPhone 13 Max Pro & I am using Windows 11, version 24H2.
