Why does my iPhone with 96% battery health suggest servicing the battery?
my battery health is at 96% but the phone notified me that I should servicey battery. What is wrong here??

Is this the original battery, or a replacement battery. Non-Apple replacements are notorious for giving bad readings.
If the original Apple battery, you need to have Apple evaluate. I know of no fixes we can offer in this text-based setting that will cure messages like that.
