In the last week or two I have noticed that my display is bouncing or offsetting. What I mean is the display is shifting so that the menu bar at the top of the screen almost disappears. As I type this the display is shifted to the right so that the "M" on "PM" is hard to see. This is a recent issue. I am running OS v 15.3.2, 27"etina display at 5120 x 2880 using the default display settings.

I solved the problem. After trolling around the internet this morning I saw one suggestion that the home screen might be slightly zoomed out. The solution was to go into settings > accessibility > zoom > uncheck "Use scroll gesture with modifier keys to zoom".
That fixed it.
Not sure how I had accidentally zoomed out but am happy that I didn't need to schlep the computer to the local Apple Store.

Please provide a screen shot of what you are seeing.
Possibly a hardware problem, I’d take it into your local Apple Store or third party Apple Authorized Service Provider to be looked at.
See above. Am reminded of the old tube TVs where there was a horizontal and vertical control knob that sometimes needed to be adjusted.
