Sorry, your question is not very clear.
Your email address has nothing to do with getting on the internet.
You get on the internet by connecting to a network, either wi-fi or wired. If on an iPhone, you can also use your cellular data to access the internet.
Once on the internet, you can of course access your email account for email.
What exactly is your issue?
