Transfer IOS Backup files to drive or external disk

I have some old iPhone backup files on my MacPro, now I'm running out of storage space so I wanna transfer those to drive or usb or anything. Is there any way to do that ? Pls help me TvT

Backing Up iPhones and iPad to External HDD This question applies to a 2018 Mac mini operating macOS Ventura 13.2. I am also using an iPhone Xr, an iPhone 13, and an iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (3rd generation), all of which are on iOS 16.3. I tried going the alias path, but my aliases (even though they should have wroked) didn't work - they saved the backups on the internal SSD and not the external HDD.

iPhone backups to Mac are so slow! Why do backups from such a technologically advanced device to such an advanced laptop take soooooo long? It’s been 6 hours to backup a 256GB iPhone 11 Pro so we can restore and cutover to an iPhone 16 Pro. There really is no excuse for this kind of poor performance from these products. How does Apple get away with this? And I refuse to pay the iCloud fees to store all data for a family of 5 as backups so we can upgrade phones and move our data.

You can look for them here—

iPhone Backups

Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy & paste:

~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup

Thank you, I've found it. But if I upload it to drive or transfer to usb, I still can using it afterward right TvT
