How do I set up a quarterly event in Calendar app?

It's not exactly intuitive for some so here is the answer.

Create the event and open up "Repeat"

Repeat > Custom

Frequency > Monthly

Every > 3 Months

Each / On the - choose the date of the month you want the event to occur

I selected Custom as the Repeat type, set the Frequency to Yearly, however, the Calendar app only allow setting yearly repeats with a maximum interval of 1 year. I tried the Frequency set to Daily, or Weekly, or Monthly, all allow me to pick different intervals. My phone is iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS version 18.3. Pleae help. Thank you.
