How do I look for malware on my iPhone and avoid getting scammed?

When I got scammed in November last year . I clicked on a link that the scammer sent . Ever since that happened. I feel like they are spying on my phone and pretending to be employees. When I call places .

I just feel paranoid because i really think , there listening in on my calls too . I’ve been getting dropped calls a lot . I’m going. To my carrier Sunday . I know they would say it’s impossible but I honestly think there is malware on my device.

I also ran diagnostic at apple nothing showed up.

its a iPhone 14 Pro Max I’m all up to date on software.

“Don't answer suspicious phone calls or click on messages claiming to be from Apple. Instead, contact Apple directly through our official support channels.”

”To report a suspicious SMS text message that looks like it's supposed to be from Apple, take a screenshot of the message and email the screenshot to reportphishing@apple.com.”

You can report phishing at these links and most importantly your local law enforcement.
