Used some else's Apple TV+ account and locked out of app store
and now I can't download apps because this person's credentials are showing up before I can accept.

Thanks you for reply. I tried that and it did not fix the issue. What did end up working was fully signing on with the outsider's password (which was thankfully my daughter-in-law), sign out of that account, then sign in with my own credentials.
