Sharing folders created on the web not showing up on my iPhone

This problem seems to extend to everything I share so I'm confused as to what I'm doing wrong.

Yes I'm signing in with the same ID across all devices.

I have 200gb of storage I subscribe to.

When I access iCloud on the web, I see my files and folders, no problem.

But I recently created a shared folder on the web, uploaded over 150 pictures and not even the shared folder is showing up on my iPhone.

Yes everything is on. But I guess I'm doing something wrong. Please Help.
