I just asked Siri a simple math problem like what’s 10-4 and told me it found a website to tell me how to do the math problem?? Like huhhh??… also apparently Siri can’t tell me what the weather is outside anymore either.

Maybe Siri assumed you’d be smart enough to know 10-4, and automatically assumed it was some company or a band or something. And I’d do the same thing. If you asked me: “What’s 10-4” out of the blue, I’d be like “never heard of them.”
About the weather, if looking outside is not an option, you could ask Siri something specific like: “What’s the temperature” or “Open Weather”.
