Unable to download apps from AppStore
I just created a new iCloud account and added a payment method but can’t proceed to installing any app. It says contact iTunes support
The people on these boards are mostly other customers and won't know why you're getting that message. Click here and ask Apple Support for assistance; if you can't reach them or are in a hurry, try putting in a different payment method.
