Tried several external webcams including my iSight camera all work but not on, I have tried permissions no luck. when you open the menu you can see the camera there in the list but it won't activate. This is a world wide problem as its all over the internet apple haven't come out with a fix yet as anyone any ways to get the camera working

I have looked at the previous reply and tried continuity camera and it doesn't work it see's the camera and listed and takes a photo but the screen is black with no image
