macOS suddenly doesn't start with several kernal panic reboots

Greetings,

I've encountered an issue with my Mac multiple times since I purchased it, and I'm completely unsure of what's causing it. I would greatly appreciate any help.

After shutting down my Mac, it sometimes struggles to power on. In some cases, it attempts to go into (what I believe is) recovery mode, displaying a message saying, "A software update is required to use this startup disk." Other times, it doesn't show any message at all and instead presents a screen with multiple languages, followed by a kernel panic reboot. This process continues to repeat until I intervene. The only way for me to regain access to my Mac is by reinstalling macOS using a bootable USB. since Apple services are restricted in my country and I need to borrow a friend's Mac to create the bootable USB (i can't download it online from recovery), which is quite inconvenient.

I have saved all the logs and relevant information on my laptop and will attach them along with the images for further review.

I would truly appreciate any help, as this issue is becoming very frustrating, and reinstalling macOS is especially challenging in a country with unreliable network services.

Thank you in advance.
