If this is wear and tear or accidental damage caused by you, no. If you believe this is a manufacturer’s defect and you are still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty, you can visit your nearest Apple Store and they will inspect your iPhone and determine whether an exchange will be given.

Damaged iPhones generally have a very low trade in value. You will not be able to exchange or swap a broken iPhone for a new iPhone.
