How do I reinstall macOS after erasing my MacBook without a backup or startup disk?
Erased Mac book and tried to reinstall osx but it can’t find a backup or even a start up disk

You must restart the Mac in recovery mode.
When you are looking at the macOS Utilities screen, launch Reinstall macOS.
