so when i ordered the phone many of the reviews say the battery health was not on 100% i ordered excellent condition and it came on 96.
You bought a used iPhone. No one here knows the history of the phone. I'd hazard a guess the battery is failing faster than you hoped. If you are within the return window from whoever you boght the phone from, return it. If you aren't able to return it, when your battery health declines to 80% you'll need to pay Apple to replace the battery in the phone. That's about all anyone can offer you.

So, you are saying that the Battery Health was not 100% when you received the phone?
Can you provide the Model Number of your iPhone? Settings > General > About > Model Number.
Even a refurbished phone would show 100% on the battery if the refurb process was done correctly.
Please do NOT post the serial number for security reasons.
Go to Settings > General > About, and see if you have a section there called Parts & Service History. If so, what is included in that section.
It is difficult to know the history of a device that has been discontinued for over 3 years. The battery may be an aftermarket battery where poor performance is quite common. It would be very unusual to see any iPhone 13 with an original battery that showed 96% Maximum Capacity.

Thanks, but we also asked if you could provide the model number of your phone to learn more about how it might have been refurbished.
If you not interested in learning more about your phone, then you don't need to reply.
Thank you for replying, i bought a refurbished iphone 13 off amazon
i didn't replace the battery but im not sure because its refurbished so it was pre-owned
i went to settings and i went to general and about and it shows my wifi adress and ect then it shows my cellular data and my GB and it shows what model my phone it
so when i ordered the phone many of the reviews say the battery health was not on 100% i ordered excellent condition and it came on 96.
thank you
