How do I get a refund for an Apple Pay purchase from a scam website?

how can i get a refund for apple pay?? i bought some clothes from a website i stupidly didn’t look at and after i purchased my items i realized it was a scam.. it was $20 so it rlly isnt a big deal but i kinda want it back
