Sequoia still logging me out after screensaver and sleep

I have seen the posts that stated that under Privacy and Security "Logout after inactivity" had to be deselected and under Lock Screen "Require password after screensaver begins or display is turned off" had to be selected. On my iMac 27 it says after this "immediately" and this is greyed out so cannot be changed. So I still cannot switch off this annoying feature constant having to log in. Any suggestions?
