2nd acer monitor keeps going to a static screen

Hi, I have a Macbook Pro 2024 with an M4 chip, and the OS is up to date. I have a Kensington docking station, but it never worked, so to get both Acer monitors to connect to my Mac, I used a Selore adapter for one monitor to connect via a d-port, and for the second monitor, I bought a Belkin HDMI toggle from the Apple store. The monitor connected via the Belkin adapter will sometimes stay on and be fine, and others glitch out and turn to static, and I have to unplug and plug it back in. My coworkers jokingly say my monitor is possessed.

Can anyone help me get a monitor exorcism?
